Where can I buy Pet Naturals® products?
Pet Naturals® treats and supplements are sold online and in stores. You can buy these products through our website, online retailers, and national and independent pet stores. Please visit the Ways to Buy page to select your preferred retailer.
Where can I purchase Pet Naturals® products if I live outside the U.S.?
Pet Naturals® products are sold internationally at online retailers. Please contact us via email at email@example.com if you have questions about availability in your location.
Why are you now collecting sales tax?
Companies who sell products directly to consumers must collect and remit sales tax to individual states and jurisdictions when specific thresholds are met. FoodScience (Pet Naturals® parent company) has met these thresholds in many states, so now must collect and remit sales tax.
Will sales tax be charged on a state-by-state basis?
Sales tax is based on the tax rate in the state/jurisdiction that the order is shipped to.
How will sales tax be calculated?
Sales tax is calculated based on the tax rate within the state or different jurisdictions within that state if applicable. In states where we collect sales tax, direct-to-consumer orders will now include the calculated sales tax based on the total order.
Where is the expiration date located on the package or bottle?
The expiration date can be found next to the lot number on the back of the package or bottle. The lot # is 8-9 digits long, then a space, then 4 more digits indicating month and year. For example: a product with numbers 99999999 0123, would expire in January 2023. Please discontinue use after the expiration date.
Does Pet Naturals® offer a satisfaction guarantee?
If for any reason you or your pet are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request either a refund or replacement product within 30 days of purchasing as part of our 100% Guarantee. If you purchased directly from our website, please contact our Customer Care team at 1-888-340-1995 for assistance with either a replacement or refund. Please have the product's lot number and original sales receipt available when you call or email. If you purchased from another location or seller, please contact the retailer in question, as policy varies by distributor.
Please note: We are unable to control the quality of Pet Naturals®️ products sold by unauthorized resellers. Unless otherwise prohibited by law, our 100% Guarantee is not available for Pet Naturals®️ products purchased from unauthorized sellers. The 100% Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.
What should I do if a product made my pet sick or they consumed too much?
We take poor reactions to our products very seriously. Since our products are treats and supplements, they’re typically well-tolerated by cats and dogs. However, if your pet had too many, they may experience mild digestive upset due to their high nutrient levels. If our products made your pet sick, please report this issue to our customer care team at 1-888-340-1995 during business hours, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM EST. If you have more immediate concerns, please contact your veterinarian for further evaluation.
What should I do if the package was not properly sealed during delivery?
Although this is a very rare occurrence, you can return the product to Pet Naturals® if it was improperly sealed or damaged during delivery. Please contact us at 1-888-340-1995 within 45 days of the purchase date to request a refund or replacement product.
My product was exposed to extreme weather conditions during shipping and delivery. Is it still safe?
Short term exposure to extreme elements should not affect the product. Stability studies show that any changes to products during shipping are minimal. If you suspect there’s an issue with your product, please contact us at 1-888-340-1995 for further assistance.
Do Pet Naturals® products require refrigeration?
Our products do not require refrigeration. Please store in a cool, dry place.
Do you test on animals?
Pet Naturals® does not conduct product testing on animals. However, our own employees’ pets actually “taste test” our treats and supplements to ensure they are palatable for all cats and dogs.
What type of ingredients are used in your products?

Are your products made in the U.S.?
Pet Naturals® supplements & treats are manufactured in Vermont, USA. Our manufacturing facilities are SQF-certified and strictly adhere to NASC guidelines and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) as defined by the Food and Drug Administration.
Do you source ingredients from outside the U.S.?
We use high-quality ingredients sourced in the U.S. and throughout the world. Regardless of their origin, all of our ingredients undergo third-party testing to ensure their safety, purity and efficacy. We stand behind the quality of every ingredient in Pet Naturals® treats & supplements.
The appearance and/or odor of these chews is different than previous packages. Is there an issue with the product?
Since our products contain natural ingredients, the color, texture and odor can vary from one batch to another. This a normal part of the manufacturing process and not a cause for concern. We conduct extensive third-party testing to ensure the safety, quality and efficacy of all of our products. With our 100% satisfaction guarantee, you can return the product to your retailer for a replacement bag or refund within 45 days of the purchase date.
Do I need a prescription for Pet Naturals® supplements?
A prescription is not required to purchase Pet Naturals® supplements. They can be purchased online and in stores.
Can I use dog supplements for cats and vice versa?
We do not recommend off label usage of any of Pet Naturals® supplements. Our products are formulated to meet the specific needs of cats and dogs. Certain products are suitable for use in both cats and dogs.
How much should I give to my dog or cat?
Please follow the “Feeding Directions” located on the back of the package or bottle.
Can more than one Pet Naturals® supplement be used at the same time?
In many cases, Pet Naturals® supplements can be administered simultaneously. However, we recommend consulting with your veterinarian to determine if a specific combination is suitable for your cat or dog.
Can I increase my pet’s amount of a supplement?
Increasing your pet’s dose is not recommended unless specifically noted on the packaging. For example: It’s OK to increase your pet’s amount of Calming® during times of heightened stress.
At what age can I start giving supplements to my cat or dog?
Pet Naturals® supplements are suitable for pets of all ages, shapes and sizes!
What is the significance of the NASC Quality Seal on Pet Naturals® packaging?
FoodScience®, LLC, the parent company of Pet Naturals®, is a founding member of the National Animal Supplement Council (NASC). NASC is a non-profit organization that advocates and collectively enforces Good Manufacturing Practice Quality Standards in manufacturing, labeling and marketing animal health supplements. Pet Naturals® has been approved to display the NASC Quality Seal on our packaging by demonstrating strict quality control measures and adhering to guidelines set forth by the NASC and Food & Drug Administration (FDA).

How many treats is too many?
Is this a dog asking? Sure sounds like it! It’s up to the owner’s discretion to determine the proper number of treats for their pet. Our healthy pet treats are part of a complete and balanced diet.
When should I give my pet treats?
Whenever you feel treating is appropriate! Since they are low-calorie with nutritious ingredients, Pet Naturals® treats are a paw-some reward for training, good behavior and everything in-between!
Do you offer vegetarian treats?
We sure do! Impawsibly Good™ Treats are dog treats containing vegetarian protein sources – chia, quinoa, oats, brewer’s yeast – in flavors dogs love!
Do you offer grain-free treats?
We do not offer grain-free treats at this time. However, our treats feature healthy grains like chia, oatmeal and quinoa and never contain corn, wheat or artificial colors.
Are your treats gluten-free?
We do not offer gluten-free treats at this time.
Shipping & Returns
How much is shipping from Pet Naturals.com?
Shipping is free for orders $30+ on PetNaturals.com within the U.S. through UPS Ground Shipping. Orders under $30 will be charged a flat rate of $7.99 for shipping. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, as well as to U.S. Armed Forces who are based in locations globally.
When will I receive my order from PetNaturals.com?
Most orders are fulfilled within 2 business days and shipped from our warehouse in Vermont. UPS Ground Shipping typically delivers within 1–5 days within the U.S. including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Armed Forces who are based in locations globally.
My order was damaged during shipment, what should I do?
Damage to products is ultimately the responsibility of the carrier. If you notice damage to the package upon delivery, have the driver note “damaged” on the delivery sheet. Call your UPS office immediately so an inspection can be made. Then, call us at 1-888-340-1995 with your name and invoice number (which can be found in your order confirmation email).
What is Pet Naturals® return policy?
Products may be returned (if in original unopened condition) within 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact Customer Care at 1-888-340-1995 and we will help you begin the return process.
My pet won't eat the product, can I get a refund?
Picky pets may need some encouragement! However, if your pet won't eat the treat or supplement after trying a few tricks, you can return the product for a full refund. For your order to qualify for our 100% Guarantee policy, you must have purchased it through an authorized seller, have the lot number and original sales receipt, and initiate the return within 30 days of purchasing.
The product looks, feels, or smells different than the last time I purchased. Can I return it?
Because we use naturally sourced ingredients without excess fillers and preservatives, it's common and expected to see a slight variation in color, texture, and smell from one batch to the next. However, if the product is severely discolored, crumbled or otherwise damaged, or has an excessively bad smell, you do have the option to return or replace it.
