Holiday Pause & Order FAQs
The Pet Naturals online store has temporarily paused the ability to place new orders. After one of our products went viral on TikTok, we received a huge number of orders! We've got all paws on deck to make sure we can fulfill outstanding orders and make sure that everyone gets their BusyButter™, Calming® chews, and other favorite products as soon as possible.

- When can I order from the Pet Naturals website again?
Our website will be available to accept new orders as soon as we've shipped existing orders.
- Where else can I buy Pet Naturals products in the meantime?
You can find Pet Naturals products online at Amazon, Chewy, and Petco. You may also find Pet Naturals products in-store at select Walmart and Pet Supplies Plus stores, Concord Pet Stores, Zamzow's Pet Stores, and select Scheel's Sporting Goods. Find all participating retailers here.
- What if I already placed an order?
If you've placed an order, we are currently working as fast as we can to get it packed and shipped to you. All current orders will ship as soon as possible. If you have an account, you can track the status of your order.
- When can I expect my order to ship?
While orders are typically fulfilled within 2 business days, we're experiencing longer packing and shipping times due to an unusually large volume of orders. All Pet Naturals orders will ship as soon as possible from our warehouse in Vermont. Once your order leaves the warehouse, UPS Ground Shipping typically delivers within 3–7 days within the U.S. including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Armed Forces who are based in locations globally.
- Can I cancel my order if I've already placed it?
If you want to cancel an order that's already been placed, we can't guarantee that we'll be able to do so if your order has already moved to the shipping stage. However, you may contact our Customer Care team at (888) 340-1995 to discuss your cancellation options.
